Get ready for an unforgettable Australian wildlife experience at Caversham Wildlife Park! Located in Whiteman Park, this park is home to over 200 species and 2000 animals, offering a unique chance to interact with native fauna. You'll have the opportunity to hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, take photos with koalas, and get up close to wombats, Tasmanian devils, and other iconic Australian animals. Enjoy the interactive Farm Show, which showcases traditional farm life with sheep shearing, whip-cracking, and more. Explore Molly's Farm, where you can feed and pet friendly farm animals like buffalo and llamas. Terms & Conditions

1.	Registration is open to only AIA Perth Achievers 2025 qualifiers.
2.	All amount stated here is in Singapore Dollars (S$).
3.	If you are not attending the AIA Perth Achievers 2025 the cash-in-lieu is as follows:

Travel Option 1:

Return economy airfare and taxes on Singapore Airlines with no deviation allowed (subject to availability of seats on a first-come, first-served basis)

Arrival: Airport transfers from Perth Airport to respective hotels on 5 July 2025 (Saturday)

Departure: Airport transfers from respective hotels to Perth Airport on 8 July 2025 (Tuesday)

Accommodation with daily breakfast at respective hotels, based on

i.	Single Room for Tier 3 and Tier 4 Qualifier (3 Night)
ii.	Twin-Sharing Room for Tier 2 Qualifiers (3 Nights)
iii.	Twin-Sharing Room for Tier 1 Qualifiers (2 Nights) **

** If Tier 1 Qualifier selects Travel Option 1, you have to purchase half twin night on 5 July 2025 (Saturday)

The AIA Perth Achievers 2025 dates are 5 or 6 to 8 July 2025 (based on qualification category). All dates cannot be substituted, and this applies to hotel accommodation.

Entitlements

	Meals and tours as specified in the program
	Two FREE optional tours on 6 & 7 July for Tier 4
	One FREE optional tour on 7 July for Tier 1/2/3
	Bring A Partner (BAP) for those who qualified for it will enjoy the same rewards as the qualifier.
	Qualifiers and BAP (if applicable), who registered for the optional tours & did not attend (i.e ‘No Show”), will be charged the corresponding tour price.
	It is compulsory for all Qualifiers to attend the Achievers Dinner on 7 July.
	It is Not Compulsory for your BAP to attend the dinner. However, if your BAP registered for the Achievers dinner and did not attend, you will be charged the dinner price.

Travel Option 2:

	Purchase your own air ticket & arrange your 2-way airport transfers to & fro the hotel.
	Airfare subsidy will be credited to Qualifier’s statement upon hotel check in and attendance of the Achievers Dinner.
	Purchase of own air tickets and own arrangement of 2-way transfers to respective hotels Please refer to table below for your airfare allowance:

Pairing of Room Partner (if any)

It is the responsibility of the Qualifier to find a roommate

A roommate MUST be a qualifier

If the qualifier does not have a roommate, the organiser will attempt to find a match on a best-effort basis, failing which you may have to incur the cost for a single room

Changes Made After Closing of Registration

The closing date for registration is 16 May 2025 (Friday) at 5pm.

Note: Verbal requests will not be accepted to prevent miscommunication. All requests must be submitted in writing or via email. Your understanding is much appreciated.

Changes made after 30 May 2025 (Friday) will be subjected to an administrative fee of $50. This excludes cancellation charges imposed by 3rd party agent.

Changes are strictly NOT allowed after 6 June 2025, Friday due to the proximity of the travelling date. We seek your understanding that verbal requests are not accepted to prevent miscommunication. All requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Payment for Additional Services

Full payment is required upon confirmation of additional services, if any. Full payment must be made by 24 June 2025.

Travel Insurance & Personal Responsibility

AIA Singapore Pte Ltd strongly recommends all registered Qualifiers & BAP to purchase a travel insurance cover. A Qualifier or BAP who is not insurable under a travel insurance policy for health reasons will be responsible for his / her medical treatment. AIA Singapore Pte Ltd, M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd and the hotel will not bear the cost for any medical treatment required during the stay, or cancellation / withdrawal of stay due to health condition.

Cancellation Charges for any additional services booked

In the event that you cancel your additional services booked by M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd, a notice in writing or email must be received by M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd to be effective and to avoid any misunderstanding.

You will be liable for the following cancellation charges:

Unused Services of Any Additional Services Booked

There will be no refunds for any additional travel and tour services booked and confirmed by M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd (e.g. air ticket, accommodation, meals or any other services) that are not utilized in part or in full by the tour member.

Responsibility Clause

M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd and its associate agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals.

We assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to any person or property.

M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd will ensure that all services provided are according to the program. However, M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd may alter or modify the program in the interest of Qualifier for the event in circumstances over which M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd has no control over.

Claims

All claims against M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd must be made in writing within 14 days after the completion of the event. All disputes, if any, will be subject to the Singapore Court of Law.

The Right to Reject

M.I.C.E. Matters Pte Ltd maintains the right to cancel or revoke any bookings made for a qualifier or to decline acceptance or retention of any individual as a participant if there is reason to believe that the person may pose a potential threat to health, safety, or could impede the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.
